The US Postal service is apparently dealing with long waits by removing clocks from the post offices. (via: good experience blog)

Maybe I’m just old fashioned, but this is really backwards. That would be like being in a band and instead of working on playing better music you just hand out earplugs to everyone as they walk in.

Speaking of bands…I’ve been doing a little playing lately. If you get a chance to come see a show I promise we won’t be passing out any sound suppressing devices for your ear canals.
