Somehow I forgot to hit the “post button” on Monday when I wrote this, but I thought the ideas were still good enough to share so here goes…

Seth Godin on Enormity:

Brad at Church Marketing Sucks wrote about organizations turning MLK day into a day on…making it a day that everyone gets out of the office and into doing some community work.

And Mark Batterson posted a great Dr. King quote:

If a man is called to be a street sweeper he should sweep streets even as Michelangelo painted, or Beethoven composed music, or Shakespeare wrote poetry. He should sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will pause to say, “There lived a great street sweeper who did his job well.”
